While I am forever proud of my Lebanese roots, my heart will always consider Canada to be my one true home. I’ve had the blessing of growing up in one of the most multicultural cities in the world, and I am forever grateful for the diversity I have been exposed to since birth. My yoga journey began exactly 10 years ago (keep reading to find out how!), and I can honestly say that I can never imagine my life without a regular practice.

Julia Kelley is a Yoga Teacher, Astrologer, and Intuitive Coach based in Santa Monica California. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Julia discovered Yoga nearly 7 years ago when she stumbled into a class on accident at a gym in college. Fast forward a few years later and she was backpacking through Asia with only a backpack and a yoga mat on her, doing downward dogs on the beaches of Vietnam and attending silent retreats in the jungles of Thailand.
Liza Janda is a Certified Childbirth Educator AAHCC, Certified Lactation Education Counselor, Experienced Registered/Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher, E-PRYT200, and Experienced Registered Certified Yoga Teacher E-RYT200. With a combined 40+ years of teaching, Liza has a passion for Healthy Pregnancy, Labor, Birth, Babies and Moms, Breastfeeding, and Yoga.
Suanna Geater is a Health Coach. Suanna helps her clients incorporate fitness, mindset, and nutrition practices into daily routines and rituals they can realistically follow for a lifetime. She believes in creating a lifestyle you love; one meal, one workout, and one moment at a time by using my 4M format of Meals, Movement, Muscles, and Mindfulness.
Val Minos is originally from Colorado and lives in beautiful San Diego with her husband, son and dog. Val is the creator of Alternative Yoga Vibe where she teaches local private, group and pop-up classes as well as blog and make YouTube videos about yoga and healthy living.
