My mission is to lead with love but above all things to be a true leader in the community. I serve up a strong practice that is mentally and physically challenging and I always mirror the practice to our life circumstances. My classes fill up in seconds and are filled with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. When you walk into my room you are greeted like family and are expected to be a part of the community.

My practice and teaching style is heavily influenced by vinyasa, but breaks all the "rules" of yoga. I combine sculpt movements with HIIT, yoga flows, meditation and breathwork so my students can achieve a well-rounded workout and mindfulness practice in just one class alone. Too much of one thing is never good for the body (or the mind).

Yoga philosophy is one of my passions. It’s the heart of what yoga practice is about, and a way of living yoga in every moment of our lives. My classes have always integrated yoga philosophy and self-awareness into the practice. My psychotherapy practice definitely influences the way I teach, encouraging insight and personal growth on and off the mat.

While I am forever proud of my Lebanese roots, my heart will always consider Canada to be my one true home. I’ve had the blessing of growing up in one of the most multicultural cities in the world, and I am forever grateful for the diversity I have been exposed to since birth. My yoga journey began exactly 10 years ago (keep reading to find out how!), and I can honestly say that I can never imagine my life without a regular practice.

Yoga has helped me overcome every single obstacle in my life. Everything from a bad day at work, breakups, deaths of loved ones … It has allowed me to live a full life despite my Generalized Anxiety. It has helped me overcome the fear of speaking up for myself and living a life that follows my convictions. Now I can stand in front of a crowd without fear of judgement and be my most authentic self.
