Chlorophyll has many amazing health benefits.  I like to think of chlorophyll as an internal cleaner, detoxifier, and restorer.  The phytochemicals and phytonutrients are helpful to get rid of toxins in blood stream as well as provide the contents to repair damaged tissue. This is done through the vitamins and minerals that oxygenate and increase blood production, which increases cell function within the body to promote well-being and the immune system.  It may be helpful at this time to take chlorophyll as immune system support as well as help get rid of oxidative stress from the anxiety and emotional stress that we feel at this time.

It is extremely important to stay hydrated while working from home. We need to consume an adequate amount of water in order for our body to function properly and now is a great opportunity to focus on hydration. Though the specific water requirements for each individual is different, the general goal is to aim for at least 64oz of water per day. One tip to ensure you are consuming adequate water is to keep a water bottle in-front of you and track how much you are consuming. For example, if you keep a 20oz water with you, aim to have at least 3 full bottles per day!
