Chlorophyll has been called the "blood" of the plant world, and has the same structure as the heme of blood (except that where the heme carries an iron mineral in the center, the chlorophyll carries magnesium). Thus it may be beneficial in supporting blood quality, and it is a good source of magnesium.

Drinking water is essential to staying hydrated. The body is about 60% water. It is used as a building block for all of our cells, helps to regulate body temperature, metabolize and transport nutrients, and helps to flush waste  out of our bodies.
Purified water has been filtered to remove impurities like algae, fungi, and certain types of bacteria and chemicals. In many countries in the West, the public tap water has been purified by municipalities.

Proper hydration plays a role in every cell in our body. Water aids in the transportation of nutrients, cushions our bones and joints, regulates blood pressure, aids in waste and toxin removal, and helps the body heal naturally.
Chlorophyll helps promote oxygen delivery to cells in a similar way as hemoglobin (red blood cells). This means more energy and more capacity to function at optimal levels. It also plays an important role in detoxification of toxins and waste in the body.

Protein!  Many of my clients are curious about switching to plant based diets and they’ve tried it on their own but made the mistake of just loading up on carbohydrate sources and not having adequate amounts of protein. While many veggies offer some protein, it’s not enough to fuel an active lifestyle.  Pay attention to plant-based protein options to see the ratio of carbs and proteins. Aim for a minimum of 18g of protein per serving or higher. In addition to balancing PH levels,  the enzymes from chlorophyll water boosts energy & brain and body function naturally.
