We use liquid chlorophyll often in our practice daily.  At 1-2 servings per day I have seen it improve the following health concerns:

How is liquid chlorophyll made? 

It is basically the blood line of every single plant (much like red blood cells in a human being), structurall similar to human hemoglobin.

 

What does chlorophyll do in the body? 

Once absorbed, it stimulated production of hemoglobin and red blood cells. It is a powerful antioxidant and therefore helps to clean the blood of waste and make sure they get effectively detoxed & eliminated from the body.

 

Why are chlorophyll supplements healthy? 

It's almost a complete superfood - high in antioxidants which fight against arthritis, inflammation and anti-cancer.

What is the best way to incorporate a chlorophyll supplement in a daily routine? 

Liquid drops are the most absorbable, either directly onto the tongue or mixed into water

What are the nutritional benefits of chlorophyll?

Any inflammatory condition can be treated with chlorophyll - psoriasis, digestive concerns, chemotherapy, arthritis. It also binds heavy metals and therefore can be used to treat Alzheimers, dementia and other neurological conditions caused by heavy metal exposure. It's also helpful for anemia. Because of it's subtle detox action, it also helps to increase energy levels.

How does our body absorb the plant-powered energy provided by plants?

Once we chew and break down the cellulose walls (plant cell wall), the nutrients inside flood our bodies and nourish us + the fiber from the plant walls is beneficial for bowels and cholesterol.

Which fruits and veggies should be staples in a plant-based diet? 

Basically by the end of every day, you should consume at least one of every colour. Consuming just one colour is still not nearly as great as getting a rainbow of colours.
