Hydration is always important no matter if you work from home or not. My secret tip is to drink a full glass of water when you wake up even before you drink your coffee. This gets you started on the right foot. Fruits and vegetables, especially those high in vitamin C like tomatoes, citrus fruits, bell peppers, and strawberries. Physical activity also helps boost your immune system.
