Benefits of Liquid Chlorophyll and Chlorophyll Water
What is chlorophyll?
Chlorophyll is a pigment that gives plants their green color, and it helps plants create their own food through photosynthesis. They are also several related green pigments found in the mesosomes of cyanobacteria and in the chloroplasts of algae.
You can get chlorophyll from either plants or supplements, although supplements may be more effective. This is because chlorophyll may not survive digestion long enough for absorption.
